Files for injection and extraction from LEIR

There are two optics:
LEIR injection, Lead ions, Pb54+, P=0.08856 GeV/c per nucleon or Ekin=4.2MeV/n and 208 nucleons - LEIR_injection.madx
LEIR extraction, Lead ions, Pb54+, P=0.373 GeV/c per nucleon or Ekin= 72MeV/n and 208 nucleons - LEIR_extraction.madx

The LEIR injection line from "THE LOOP" to LEIR
and the LEIR extraction lines from LEIR to the PS
In the directory "/afs/cern.ch/eng/ps/cps/TransLines/LEIR_lines/2010/madx" :
Do MADX calculations with: >madx < LEIR_injection.madx
or: >madx < LEIR_extraction.madx

The structure of the files are:
<>.ele Element file. The definition of the elements/equipments
<>.seq Sequence file. The layout of the elements
<>.str Strength files. The strength or currents of the elements - depends on operation mode.
<>.dbx Aperture file. The apertures of the vacuum chambers.
<>.madx MADX files. Set-up of a particular operation mode.
Display plot: >gv madx.ps

NB! The extension for the MADX files is <>.madx and not <>.mad.
The reason is that when the files are read via the web, the
.mad extension is taken as Microsoft Access module and not
as a text file. By using .madx extension, the files are inter-
preted as text files on the web.

The ETL injection line is done as a REFLECT of the ETL extraction line,
in the following way:
Beam; use, period=etl_injection, range=#s/#e;
seqedit, sequence=etl_injection;
reflect;
endedit;
save, sequence=etl_injection, file=olav.save;
stop;
