CERN IT Reports

Submission Form

You may register and upload here a paper to be catalogued as an IT Report. Tipically you follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the check-in form to be assigned a reference of the format CERN-IT-YYYY-NNN; once done you will be presented the "Document Transfer" panel
  2. Complete your document source(s) to
    reflect on the top right corner both the report reference number and submission date
    (if you don't do that the document is not receivable by the Library as it does not comply to the CERN publication rules).
  3. proceed with the "Document Transfer" of those sources

If all the corresponding peers approve your submission we will take care of completing the registration procedure (including submission into the Library CDS system).

Check-In Submit a document (to become a divisional IT report) to the authorising peers (Division and Group Leader concerned).
Modify Edit your submission data and/or upload the corresponding document.

If the Check-In system identifies your computer as authorized to bypass validation, you will not be asked to supply a login and a password. Otherwise please obtain this information from us.
