On-axis source during upgrade to 110 kV (06/00).

During the summer of 2000, the LIS was upgraded to hold the
source at potentials up to 110 kV. The exercise was
successful and there was a 30% increase in the current
that could be injected into a given normalised acceptance.
The system could not be tested with the RFQ accelerator
as the energy matching was lost, but it showed that a new
RFQ should be designed for higher energies.
