Notes to ProtoDUNE-SP users on submitting a CERN Service Ticket

When using the CERN Service Portal to submit a computing or software incident or request please add the CERN-IT DUNE Computing liaison to the watch list: xavier.espinal@cernNOSPAMPLEASE.ch.

Please also add the local protoDUNE-SP computing liaisons to the watch list: Nectarios.Benekos@cernNOSPAMPLEASE.ch and ruth.pordes@cernNOSPAMPLEASE.ch

Please note that if you add people to the watch list with any email address other than their CERN one they will not be able to view it. You can add people to the watch list using their Name rather than their email.

An example is shown below. Note that Maxim was unable to view the ticket until we added him by name; the entry with his bnl.gov email did not work.
