Release Notes

What's new:

• code cleanup: moved code over to the HED code base this way removing previous duplications
• Numerous code fixes to comply with more strict compilers
• Information about root of virtual file system was not reported properly
• Fixing code to work on non-Linux systems
• Fix for building without GACL
• Fixes for startup script to fit Fedora

Deployment notes:

• There are no changes in the ARC-gridftpd server deployment. After deploying the new version of the ARC-gridftp, the service can be started the usual way, no extra measures are necessary.
• There are no changes in configuration.
