• This deliverable contains the detailed work plan of the Infrastructure Services technical area compliant with the overall EMI Technical Development Plan. The plan is released early in the project life and updated every year including a status report on the achievements of the past 12 months compared to the planned objectives. The status report at M03 will cover the state-of-the art while the work plan at M36 will provide recommendations for further work.

The outstanding issues with the reviewers are issues where we disagree and I am happy to defend my position.

• 29/11/10 - None of the SA1 open issues were addressed in v8; noted in SA1 review wiki
• 03/11/10 - PEB decision to accept v8 as final despite unaddressed SA1 issues
• PO to creation final version, upload in CDS and submit to the EC.
• 08/12/10 - L. Field has updated SA1 review wiki with further explanations on unaddressed SA1 issues.
• 13/12/2010 - Final pdf uploaded in CDS and submitted to the EC
