DNA2.3.3 - Dissemination and Use of Knowledge Plan (PM36)

This document describes the planned dissemination and use of knowledge activities, including the organization of and participation to events, the expected collaboration with other projects and the expected results. It is updated every 12 months [month 36].

From the EC report on the DNA2.3.2 Dissemination and Use of Knowledge Plan (PM18):
This deliverable builds on the work reported in D2.3.1 but takes a much more strategic view of what needs to be done in order for EMI to develop a truly sustainable presence in the future DCI landscape. An assessment of the first year’s activities is followed by an interpretation of review recommendations. These are fused and used to form a set of coherent and sensible objectives for year two. Much effort has gone into redeveloping the project website and introducing more accessible content to general end-users which is made available over a greater range of distribution channels. Despite this enhancement, the website can still be further improved by providing several routes to allow different user types (users, advanced users, IT specialists, administrators …) to get access to its contents. Furthermore, the new wider range of dissemination conferences has been creatively engaged with in order to avoid losing sight of the traditional DCI user community, whilst reaching out into a broader range of potential user communities. All in all, the work reported here is a huge improvement over the first year’s activities and is assessed as representing a benefit not only to the project but also to other DCI projects, if they chose to follow the model developed and adopted here.

  4. There is a section on "3.2. THIRD YEAR PLANS: DISSEMINATION CHANNELS AND TOPIC" I think this should be part of the Assessment of Nov 2011 to Apr 2013 activities.
     
  5. It would be good to have a section on NA2 sustainability plans, for instance how NA2 will make available material, documents, etc after Apr 2013.
