Maven central submit process
EMI java APIs should be available on the Maven Central repository. We

In order to upload artifacts on the Maven Central repository, a well
defined process must be followed.
This process mandates rules for:
All the requirements and instructions on how artifacts can be uploaded to maven
central can be found at the following URL:

EMI requirements
The version of artifacts uploaded in Maven central MUST be aligned with the version
of the packages distributed in EMI. This means that version of packages on Maven
central is always lower than or equal to the version distributed by EMI.
PTs can manage the submissions to Maven central at their own pace, ensuring that
the above constraints are not violated.
