report numbers

• for cern preprints missing CERN in front of repnr: add 2nd rep nr CERN...
  • to facilitate linking of references to Inspire records

ISBN

• move from 037 to 020__a

field codes

• physics subarchives currently translated to General Physics in 65017
  • physics.acc-phys -> b, ins.det -> i
• some arxiv papers miss 65017
• translation from old desy classification
  • lists from AH at desy

collaboration

• unify collaboration names
  • remove "the" at the beginning
  • split multiple collaborations into separate fields ??

Book chapters

• 773__x to be replaced with 773 links to recid of book
  • book format should inclcude link to all records with book recid in 773
    • books on cds could link to book chapters on Inspire
  • job for admin student: go through all books with editors that are not conf procs and check for corresponding 773__x

773__x

• contains mainly desy pubnotes: jnl + repnr, conf pubnotes, books
• needs deduplication
• non-duplicate info to be put into correct fields

reaction

• move in separate field
• unify with HepData reactions?

title variants

• some wrong, e.g. LHC added for each occurrence of ATLAS in title
• should be moved into kb to be used by search engine
