Changes to the LSF Batch Perl Scripts

These changes will be put in place in the next few weeks. Please contact me if you have any concerns about them

2. Detect the current realm configuration of the caller. Add a flag to indicate the flavour of the encrypted AFS token, based on the outcome of the detection routine.
To enable the batch node to make a decision on which batchtok server to call. Late 01.10 / Mid 02.10

2. Detect the callers current realm configuration and call the correct batchtok server, based on the flavour of the encrypted AFS token and the batch nodes Kerberos configuration.
To enable a client of any configuration type to execute a batch job on a migrated node of any configuration type. Late 01.10 / Mid 02.10

2. Determine the encryption type of the TGT stored in the ticket cache shared between batchauth and job_starter. This TGT may have been acquired from the lxkerb AD batchtok servers of the afsdbX machines. Set the nodes Kerberos configuration (or not) based on the TGT's encryption type and the current configuration of the node.
Ensures the nodes Kerberos configuration matches the acquired TGT. Late 01.10 / Mid 02.10
