SupportProblem Printing from Mozilla or Firefox doesn't work or gives just a header page. No error message from the browser.
SupportAnswer The default paper size on Mozilla and Firefox is set to Letter (8.5x11inch). In some circumstances this paper size will not be converted to the CERN-default A4, and the print job will silently fail (as far as the application is concerned). You can check the status of your print job from a terminal via lpq or xprint -q, a bad paper size results in something like the following
Filter_status: Error: configurationerror; !OffendingCommand: setpagedevice; !ErrorInfo: !PageSize --nostringval-- at 09:41:10.880

To change this setting for Firefox, use the File → Print dialog, choose your printer (e.g "Postscript/default"), click "Properties", Select "A4" as paper size, confirm with "OK".
