remote reset for i386, x86_64
To reset a non-ia64 machine, login to
lxcnetlab1
, then eg.
$ /usr/local/resetboard/push-button ttyS0 1 4 2
will reset board #1, port #4 for two seconds. Cables #1,2,3,4 are hooked up to
resetboard ports number 1,2,3 and 4 respectively.
/usr/local/resetboard/layout.txt
has the mapping between ports and machines.
Please be careful to reset the right machine only. Please be
DOUBLY CAREFUL when cabling new machines to the resetboard thingy.
