Test: write an internally-structured stream

Current tape drives (as opposed to those we had had in the past) are capable of positioning the tape per block, not only via FileMarks. We could write internally-structured files (ArchiveFiles or something CASTOR-specific) on tape. The goal of this test is to see whether that model can work by simulating migration to tape.
