Long CA URI prevents user registration from webui

When trying to register a user with the webui, the following error appears when trying to confirm the registration:

Failure! 241 Database error (see service log for details):
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-12899: value too large for column 
"VOMS_VO1_TEST"."USR"."CAURI" (actual: 283, maximum: 255)

This is because the CA URI is longer than 255 characters. This is described in bug #17894.

The workaround until this bug is fixed is to register the user manually through the CLI. Since there is also bug #10296 the CA URI value is not taken by the voms-admin command and therefore this error doesn't appear.
