Up until a few weeks ago all SSO users could edit and create pages. We had a problem with a ligt weight users (see TWikiAtCernNews) and had to disable edits for light weight registered users. We hope to re-enable this very soon.

External users who have been identified and validated are now again able to edit pages in TWiki.
