Certificate
Certificate / License: paper delivered by your national authorities, stating that you are authorised to import/export/work/handle radioactive material/source. If the document is not in french or english language, at least a very rough and short translation (french or english) must be provided (for the main points of interest). This has to be done once for the whole life of your licence/certificate.
