Proposed changes for the configuration LCG_41

The proposed changes of external packages/versions for LCG_41 as compared to LCG_40

The bug fix for root contains the increase for the number of classes and typedefs as needed by Atlas and LHCb.

Porting to slc3_ia32_gcc344 and slc3_amd64_gcc344 is only possible with this version of XercesC. It's not quite clear if we can have lfc working for these platforms as well.
