1998 CERNLIB Release
Version 1998 of the CERN Program Library
or the CERN
supported platforms and compilers
was released on
Monday, March 9th 1998.
The basic code was frozen on Friday, December 19th.
The old, pro and new areas were
updated accordingly on VXCERN, asisftp, AFS and Nice.
The compressed tar and backup files were made from the final release
of Tuesday, March 24th
