The first form of the START command defines
absolute particle positions:

Horizontal position , referred to the ideal orbit [m].

Horizontal canonical momentum, divided by the reference momentum [1].
- Y

Vertical position , referred to the ideal orbit [m].
- PY

Vertical canonical momentum, divided by the reference momentum [1].

The negative time difference,
multiplied by the instantaneous velocity of the particle [m].

Momentum error, divided by the reference momentum [1].
