CernSearchPlugin

CernSearchPlugin consists of a topic defining a three-way search bar, TWiki.CernSearchBar.

The topbar of the pattern skin (TWiki.WebTopBar) and the topmenu skin (TWiki.TopMenuSkinTopBar) is then altered to include it with:
