Jet mass distributions in data and simulated Monte Carlo for jets with pt > 200 GeV in events containing a W->munu candidate and a b-tagged anti-kt R=0.4 jet. The jets shown are Cambridge-Aachen R=1.2 after splitting and filtering.

Jet mass distributions in data and simulated Monte Carlo for jets with pt > 200 GeV in events containing a W->munu candidate and a b-tagged anti-kt R=0.4 jet. The jets shown are anti-kt R=1.0 after trimming.

Results of fitting the jet mass distributions of Cambridge-Aachen R=1.2 jets after splitting and filtering with the sum of a Quadratic and Voigtian function. The W+jets and multi-jet predictions have been subtracted from the distributions. This figure shows the Monte Carlo prediction. The mean parameter of the Voigtian function (mu) represents the peak position and is found to be compatible between data and Monte Carlo.
