Stop exclusion summary (March 2021). Higgsino exclusion summary (June 2021). 15 jets + 1 muon candidate event from signal region in arXiv:2106.09609. Smuon exclusion summary with muon g-2 compatible areas overlaid (June 2021). Simulated signal event with displaced electrons from arXiv:2011.07812..
This page contains public results from the ATLAS SUSY Working Group. The group is responsible for searches sensitive to putative supersymmetry (SUSY) production including both R-parity conserving and violating scenarios, as well as long-lived (s)particles. Results from searches for (N)MSSM Higgs boson production can be found on the Higgs Results page.
Non-ATLAS members looking for ATLAS results for conferences should contact the conveners: Javier Montejo Berlingen and Sara Alderweireldt. A list of conference talks and proceedings discussing ATLAS SUSY results can be found here: Slides, Proceedings, all ATLAS.

Auxiliary material
As part of ATLAS SUSY journal publications auxiliary material is made available in digital format via the HEPData project. This can be accessed via the “Documents” and then “Data points” links. The information in HEPData includes:
the observed and expected exclusion contour lines,
the observed upper limits on the signal model cross-section,
the acceptance and the efficiency (encapsulating detector effects) numbers for selected signal models,
detailed cut-flows for selected signal models (sometimes only in the “Auxiliary figures and tables” section of the public results webpage),
with the corresponding SLHA files (new HEPData: click on “Resources”-“Common Resources”),
[starting in 2017] code snippet with the implementation of the analysis selection at truth-level, as used to produce the acceptance numbers (new HEPData: click on “Resources”-“Common Resources”)
[starting in 2020] full statistical likelihood including backgrounds, uncertainties, and representative signals available in .json format for some analyses. Use the filter options below under "Analysis Characteristics" to find analyses with "Likelihood Available" (on HEPdata these are labelled "gz File" under “Resources”-“Common Resources”).
The acceptance is calculated using objects at truth-level following the definitions in ATL-PHYS-PUB-2015-013 with the following choices / minor modifications:
using `undressed’ leptons,
jets: excluding muons and neutrinos,
missing transverse momentum: include neutrinos from hadrons (e.g. from semi-leptonic b decays).
All experimental effects are absorbed in the so-called "efficiency", which is defined such that the product of acceptance and efficiency is the full selection efficiency calculated using reconstructed objects i.e. including all detector effects.
Filter Documents
Select the desired keywords to filter the results. Selections within a section row are combined with a logical OR, while selections among different section rows are combined with a logical AND. The "0 lepton" implies a lepton (typically el, mu) veto, while the "All hadronic" keyword describes analyses that are agnostic to leptons.
