IPv6 plugins deployment in production

In order to deploy new versions of the plug-ins in production one needs to perform follwing steps.

1. Modify the source code and tag the version
2. Create an ETICS configuration
3. Test
4. Lock, build and register above configuration (with create source option)
5. Test
6. edit the file /afs/cern.ch/project/etics/repository/org.etics/org.etics.plugins/plugins-list.xml and modify the newly deployed version. The change should be also commited in the CVS: org.etics.plugins/plugins-list.xml. This will set your new version of plugins a production one.
7. Test
