SMOD Script to help upgrading CA's in CDB:

• currently from AFS: /afs/cern.ch/group/c3/tools/bin/SMOD_CA_upgrade.pl

* This script is to be used by the SMOD when a CA upgrade is announced on
* the EGEE BROADCAST [egee-broadcast@cern.ch] mailing list.

* The scripts asks for your NICE login and password
* You need access to CDB and SWrep
*
* The script will:
*  - download on /tmp the new RPM from
*     http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/LCG-CAs/current/RPMS.production/
*  - create locally a new pro_software_packages_cern_ca.tpl file
*  - ask you if you want to upload the RPMs to the SWrep
*  - if yes: upload the RPMs and update the repository template files in CDB
*  - give you the differences with the previous pro_software_packages_cern_ca.tpl file
*  - let YOU update pro_software_packages_cern_ca.tpl in CDB
*  - let YOU run SPMA where needed
