The following should be consider abnormal situations

Stale data

The SFT suite is launched every hour by a cron job, so if the results are older than one hour there is aproblem. The problem could be with the site itself, with the publishing of the reults or could be a network problems.

0 sites matching

The SFT uses RGMA to get the list of possible CEs. When in the logs you see "Found 0 sites matching" there is usually a problem in the gocdb-xfer python script, the script that reads data in the gocdb and publish them in RGMA. If the problem were with RGMA itself you would see a failed connection to the RGMA server
