Jeremy: We still don't have the lightpath back yet. It should have taken a week, but has taken longer.

Tiziana: Should T1 sites start to use FTS 1.3.

Gavin: Yes - we'll announce it.

Dantong: Does 1.3 fix the srmcp issue with dcache.

James: No.

Killian: Do we need to publish the second BDII site.

James: Yes, but perhaps not for T2.

Michael: We're publishing 2 BDII right now.

James: With 1 CE, or 2.

Michael : With 2. that's easier.

Killian: We can't do srmcp right now to T1. What do we need to open in the firewall.

Michael: port 20K -> 60K for data ports. We're working on a config to allow this to be configurable.

Testing and debugging Managed to get close to maximal throughput for DESY. Also showed that a low number of streams was quite good.

Will try and put together the numbers and publish the results.
