WLCG TEG Sec - Schedule

Proposed planning (to be agreed by the TEG members)

• Identify and agree on the areas of work (before xmas)

• Prioritise subtasks (before xmas)

• Appoint coordinators for each subtask (before xmas)

• Detail work for each subtask (before xmas)

• Allocate effort to the subtasks (before xmas)

• Coordinate on a regular basis (at least weekly)

• Report to and ask feedback from the GDB/MB (as needed)

• Produce a final report with recommendations per subtask (schedule to be determined)

Deliverables

• Assessment of the current situation with middleware, operations, and support structure
• Strategy document setting out a plan and needs for the next 2-5 years
