CERN closure dates and service availability and support on best-effort basis are linked from the agenda. ALARM tickets should be opened when justified. Response time can't be expected to be at the usual levels. - Upgrading most production DBs to 10.2.0.5 at the beginning of January (not changing the compatibility parameter - stays at 10.2.0.3!)
