CA-TRIUMF

• All 47 tickets related to IL2 or ML2 were caused by carriers interruptions or maintenance.

CH-CERN

• CERN LHCOPN Force10 router 2 replaced with Brocade MLX16. All the linnks moved.
• New Brocade which will replace CERN LHCOPN Force10 router 1 is in place. Move of the links will start with KIT on 13th/10/11.

DE-KIT

• At "DANTE POP@Frankfurt" pering point with DFN was a defect transpoder card replaced (Friday, 19th August 2011) :: Ticket-ID: 74345
• expand capacity between DE-KIT and FNAL with 1GE
  • 2GE DE-KIT – US-FNAL-CMS (Tuesday, 16th August 2011)

ES-PIC

• CERN-PIC-LHCOPN-001-10G-P and CERN-PIC-LHCOPN-002-1G-B now pass through RedIris NOVA
• All the non matching events caused due no notification from RedIris NOC

NL-T1

TW-ASGC

• A 2.5G IPLC from Taipei to Geneva via Chicago and Amsterdam has been setup since Sept. 12,2011. Part of functions of the link will be as a LHCOPN backup link between ASGC and CERN.

UK-T1-RAL

US-FNAL-CMS

• Bandwidth increase on NL-T1/DE-KIT link to 2GE, as mentioned by Bruno.
• Misc. fiber outages.
• USLHCnet E600 at StarLight lost power causing outage. (2011-08-24)
• My apologies - won't be able to attend teleconference.

US-T1-BNL

• Nothing to Report

• GGUS ticketing system
  The following changes at the GGUS LHCOPN ticketing system are proposed:
  • LHCOPN Ticket mask/"lay out" does not change
    • a LHCOPN user will see the ticket as it is today
    • for a “non” LHCOPN user the ticket layout will change to the LHCOPN ticket style
  • all LHCOPN Tickets are visible (view only) to members of the GGUS wlcg ticket system
  • tickets are referenced in both directions between the GGUS LHCOPN ticket system and the GGUS WLCG ticket system (1:1 relation)
• Changes will be discussed with GGUS developer team
  • changes are asked to be implemented in an LHCOPN ticket testenv
  • url for LHCOPN ticket testenv will be send to all OPS-WG contacts for evaluation and
    the url will replace this line
