Ad Interim 13.6TeV cross sections

The following Higgs boson production cross section have been computed by the corresponding WG1 subgroup. These are based on the YR4 values and extrapolated to 13.6TeV. A public note documenting the extrapolated results can be found here https://arxiv.org/abs/2402.09955.
