Comments about author list

The maximum length foreseen for this proceeding was 2 pages. However, since the CMS GEM author list is more than 1 page long, I would try to go for a three page long paper, as for the Elba proceedings.

• I think it would be reasonable to add another page of material since the collaboration list takes up most of two pages. The paper should be 2 page-long and I am already one page longer, so I prefer not to add other additional pages.

• In a paper this short, there is no need for section headings. Done

• The Summary should be more specific. Give the main results. As the paper is so short, if I add more detail in the summary I would essentially repeat what I have written in the paper. So I prefer not to modify it.

• The only figure shows a result that I guess is rather old, even if it appears in the TDR. It may have been reported in much earlier conference proceedings. It would be more interesting to show a more recent result using arge area chambers. Done
