• Known problems:
  • Incompatibility between VSX and VTX. When the VTX is used alone (phone call) with the VSX on, the audio output is sometimes cut out.
    • 16/05/2006: Bug reported to Polycom, they could reproduce the problem and will come up with a fix ASAP.
  • Screen selection. The manual switch to select the output screen (LCD or projector) did not work well
    • 15/05/2006: The switch has been replaced with a splitter sending the signal to both screens at the same time.
  • Lack of user guide
  • connection problems with India
    • 17/05/2006: This problem is currently being tested with India.
