Question

I am trying to attach a file to a page, but see the following error:

Either you did not specify a file name, or the file you are trying to upload Note_Draft1.4.pdf has no content. You may not upload an empty file.

The file I am trying to upload is not empty. I have seen this on many pages, not just one (as I investigated if the problem was also on other pages). I have tried with different files. My colleague also sees this problem when we tried to use his account to attach files. I have tried from both inside and outside CERN.
