stagelist: query on staged datasets on CERN UNIX computers

An interactive facilty called stagelist is available on CERN UNIX computers to know which datasets are presently staged. This may be very useful to make tests, in order to avoid the staging time which may be very long.

At most 3 arguments may be provided to stagelist to select datasets, e.g.:

stagelist MINI 1994 tau

will give the list of staged Monte Carlo MINIs with 1994 geometry containing tau lepton simulations

stagelist POT 1996 DA

will give the list of staged POTs of 1996 real data.
