QEWSUM : ECAL Wire Energy on even/odd wire planes

The routine QEWSUM gives the energy on ECAL wires summed over even/odd planes. These quantities are available from POTs/DSTs but cannot be obtained from MINIs version 102 and before; on MINIs they are available only for datasets written with MINI version 103 and after, since May 1997.

Output array: sum of wire energies on even wire planes for the 36 ECAL modules

EWODD(36)

Output array: sum of wire energies on odd wire planes for the 36 ECAL modules

Output argument :

= 1 if no banks of wire energies for this event

= 0 if all OK

In the arrays EWEVEN and EWODD above, ECAL modules 1 - 12 refer to endcap A, 13 - 24 to the barrel, and 25 - 36 to endcap B.
