MINP: Write Mini-DST with official content

If the MINP card is given, the output file specified with the FILO card will be written in the same Mini-DST format as official ALEPH MINI productions. All important ALPHA packages used to build the MINI are automatically initialised with the right constants (especially ENFLW, QIPBTAG and QSELEP). The event writing is done for ALL events, the user must NOT have a CALL QWRITE in his code, otherwise the events will be written twice.

Official ALEPH MINIs are done using this MINP data card and reading POTs, not DSTs, in order to have the informations needed to build the pad dE/dx information with the good calibration. For that purpose, the MINP card sets automatically the unpacking (see 4.3 on p. [*]) to UNPK 'AL SO' .

With the MINP card, the programs recognises which kind of input is used and writes the right kind of MINI for LEP1 or LEP2 data/ Monte Carlo (see Appendix D).
