Call: GET_MATRIX
This argument is a global variable to which the matrix will be
associated. This can not be an expression. If the global variable
is already in use, then any string, matrix or histogram linked to
it, will be deleted.
The name of the Garfield file from which
the matrix is to be read.
This argument should be of type String.
The name of the member in the Garfield
library that contains the matrix. If the member name is omitted, then
the name of the global variable to which the matrix is to be assigned,
will be searched for.
This argument should be of type String.
