Call: GET_SOLID_DATA
Number of the solid.
Solids are numbered sequentially, starting from 1.
The sum of all charge applied by neBEM to surface panels of the solid
so as to satisfy the boundary conditions.
The charge is expressed in units of V.cm and thus needs to be multiplied
by 4\π\ε\<SUB\>0\</SUB\> for conversion to Coulomb.
