The horizontal and vertical alignments are Strings which can have the following values:

Alignment	Numeric	Meaning	Notes
`NORMAL`	0	Depends on system	Usually LEFT
`LEFT`	1	Left aligned	-
`CENTRE`	2	Centre aligned	-
`RIGHT`	3	Right aligned	-

and v one of the vert

`TOP`	1	Highest point of "l"	-
`CAP`	2	Highest point of "o"	-
`HALF`	3	Centre aligned	-
`BASE`	4	Lowest point of "o"	Not in HIGZ
`BOTTOM`	5	Lowest point of "y"	Not in HIGZ
