Call: LOCATE_MINIMUM
Should, when the procedure is called, contain the
Matrix which is to be
searched for a minimum. The matrix is allowed to have arbitrary
dimensions.
This argument is mandatory and is not modified by the procedure.
Each of these arguments contains on successful completion a
Number which together
can be used to address the minimum.
There should be as many arguments of this type as the matrix
has dimensions.
The value of this argument on input is not used and is lost
after the procedure call.
