Multipoles

A MULTIPOLE Always has a finite length. Some algorithms, notably tracking and map accumulation, allow to replace finite length multipoles by thin lenses. Special integrators will be made available which approximate thick lenses by sets of thin lenses.

It has an open set of multipole components. These are entered as two vectors knormal and kskew.
