General comments

I'm afraid I cannot consider this deliverable ready for review. I started reviewing it, but it lacks in my opinion a number of essential elements like a general description of the training strategy, expected outcomes, planning, interplay with dissemination, etc. Many statements are not substantiated by an analysis of the requirements or the needs of the project, most of the action are generically mentioned as "we will do this or that", but it rarely says when, how, by whom, to obtain what. It also contains brief paragraphs about the training events that occurred in the first six months with statements like "but it was not very successful". Most of the top level sections are made of just a few paragraph and it's quite difficult understand the context or what is proposed. The Metrics section doesn't contain metrics, but a few suggestions about what could be useful to do. It should contain clear metrics with description, targets, methods to collect the measurements, how to use the metrics and trends to revise the plan in the future, etc.

I suggest reconsidering the goals and plans of the training activity and come up with something more concrete.

Review of new version 0.6
The new version of the document is comprehensive and well structured. It contains all important elements of the training strategy and concrete examples and possible plans for the future. The only comment I have is about the metrics. The types of metrics defined are fine, however they lack a bit the time dimension. I would add some info about the expected target dates. For example, Number of training event organized: 4 per year, or total number of trained people: 50 by Y1, 100 by Y2, 300 by Y3, etc. After this modification, the document can be accepted.

Additional recommendations (not affecting the document content, e.g. recommendation for future work)

Detailed comments on the content

Note 1: The reviewers must list here any observation they want to track explicitly and that require interaction with the authors
Alternatively all changes must be listed in the document itself using Word change tracking features (if you use Word)
Note 2: These comments have to be explicitly addressed by the authors and the action taken must be clearly described

Any other modification, spelling or grammatical corrections, etc must be done directly in the document using tracked changes or similar mechanisms that allows the authors to identify which correction is suggested.

Note that this is NOT the new version of the document, just the responses to the reviewers comments. The changes to the document were extensive and it was impossible to respond to each comment in-line as in many cases the text to which the comment was attached had been removed or completely restructured.
