JRA1.1 - Process System: Reporting Top 5 Key Development Highlights to PEB

Goal

The purpose of establishing this system is to setup a process that reports the top 5 key development highlights to the Project Executive Board (PEB) and the Project Director on a regular basis.

Process

A short system view aout the process is as follows:

• Data area leader: Sends e-mail to JRA1 WP leader (every 2nd Friday)
• Compute area leader: Sends e-mail to JRA1 WP leader (every 2nd Friday)
• Security area leader: Puts development highlights into the following Wiki page and keep it updated: JRA1 Security Development Highlights (update at least every 2nd Friday)
• Infrastructure area leader: Sends e-mail to JRA1 WP leader (every 2nd Friday)
