JRA1.1 - Process System: Workpackage Progress Tracking

Goal

The purpose of establishing this system is to setup a process that tracks the progress of the WP w.r.t. developments and inclusion of them into the EMI-1 release synchronized with the deliverables.

Process

A short system view aout the process is as follows:

• GANTT charts enable the overview of the corresponding areas
• One GANTT chart enables the overall view of the work package based on the connections between the different areas
• Constantly updated each month to track the progress
• Wiki pages of the Development and Test plan are synchronously updated, but consist of more details (milestones, testings, etc.) [ More Information ]
