Questions/Comments about the TOC:

  • Is there any SLA already available that should have a chapter of description and one of the current results vs. that SLA?
  • There are reference to requirements about maintenance and support in the Description of Work. IMO they should be summarized in an initial chapter of the document and then the conclusions refer also to the results vs. those DoW requirements?

General Comments

The document is pretty good, I added my comments and changes inside the document with tracking on. For convenience I also printed it into a PDF.

In general I think some sentences that are a bit negative (about delays, etc) could be turned into positive easily as it is all a major achievement what you are reporting about.
