The Review of the Software Maintenance and Support Plan should check that the plan is up to date and describes the actual maintenance and support processes and that the SLAs are respected.

- The process on how to handle incidents reported by EMI users using GGUS is up to date.
- The process on how to handle requests coming from EMI users or other PTs is up to date.
- The process on how to handle problems is up to date.
