Description

The Review of the Software Release Schedule should check that the priorities of the project are taken into account and reflected in the scheduled releases.

Frequency

PM6, PM9, PM12, PM15, PM18, PM21, PM24, PM27, PM30, PM33, PM36

Review checklist: follow the checklist below:

• Check whether the previous schedule has been kept.
• Check whether the new schedule takes into account what wasn’t accomplished in the previous schedule.
• Check whether the new schedule is aligned to the Software Development Plan and the priorities of the project.
