1.2  Adding a new chapter or appendix

1. Create a subdirectory at the same location as the TDR.bk FrameMaker book file, using an appropriate name for the chapter to be added.
2. Copy the template file for the chapter to the chapter subdirectory, assigning it a name of your choice.
3. If you have any colour figures in your chapter then also copy the colour figures template file into the chapter subdirectory.
4. Under the chapter subdirectory create the imported subsubdirectory, which will contain any imported files for the chapter.
5. With FrameMaker open the file TDR.bk .
6. Select File:Add File... and browse to the newly copied chapter file.
7. Select the file and set the position in the book where it is to be added.
8. Click on Add .
9. Update the running header for the added files as detailed in Section 1.4.2   .
10. Update the book as explained in Section 1.3   .
