&OPTIMISE: CHANGE-VOLTAGES
The wires of which the voltage is to be changed can either be
selected by wire number (this number can be found in the listing
that is produced if you set CELL-PRINT
in the cell section or issue PRINT-CELL in the
optimisation section) or by the wire label
that you used when entering the wires with the ROWS
statement.
[No default, this is a mandatory parameter.]
The planes of which the voltage is to be changed can either be
selected by name (LEFT, RIGHT, UP, DOWN) or by the
label that you can have entered with
the PLANE statement.
[No default, this is a mandatory parameter.]
The new voltage to be assigned to the wire, plane or tube.
