&DRIFT: DRIFT: EDGES

sides

Specifies from which of the 4 sides particles will be drifted.

You can select the sides with one or more of the keywords listed in the table below. The keywords are processed in sequence, to obtain drift-lines only from the top, one could specify NONE DOWN.

`UP`	`NOTUP`	Upwards from the bottom
`DOWN`	`NOTDOWN`	Downwards from the top
`HORIZONTAL`	`NOTHORIZONTAL`	From the left and the right
`VERTICAL`	`NOTVERTICAL`	From the top and bottom
`ALL`	`NONE`	From all 4 borders

[Default: HORIZONTAL.]

lines

The number of drift-lines from each edge.

A similar option exists for WIRES and SOLIDS, but separate settings are maintained for each type of plot.

Please note that this LINES option has no link anymore with the LINES command in the drift and signal sections.

[Default: initially set to 20, the setting is remembered from one call of DRIFT to the next.]
